Black tea

This tea was initially discovered following a long boat trip which would have oxidized the green tea. Very appreciated by the English, this process became later the black tea you know.
 

Nowadays, the tea leaves are first withered to make them lose up to 50% of water before being rolled and oxidized. The tea is then roasted.
