Rooibos

Rooibos is a leguminous shrub from South Africa that is totally distinct from the tea plant. Very low in tannins and devoid of theine, this drink is ideal in the evening. It is known for its numerous virtues on digestion, sleep and allergies.

The shrub is cut then its leaves and stems are crushed before being oxidized and dried.
